Importance of Akshaya Tritiya: -
The auspicious festival of Akshaya Tritiya is celebrated on the third day of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month. This year this festival will be celebrated on Saturday, 22 April. Goddess Parvati is the presiding deity of this day. According to mythology, Treta and Satyuga started on this day, hence it is also known as Kritayugadi Tritiya. All the pious deeds that were done on this day, such as bathing, charity, chanting, havan, study, and doing tarpan for oneself, are considered infinite. It is believed that this day is the destroyer of sin and the source of all happiness.
This day has been recognized as Abujha Muhurta with Swayamsiddha. Any auspicious work related to marriage, housewarming, buying a house, plot of land, vehicle, etc. can be completed on this day. On Tritiya Tithi, Parvati ji had given him the boon of the ability to give unfailing fruit. Any work done on this date does not fail with the effect of that boon. Starting a business, moving into a new home, getting married, and engaging in beneficial rituals all leave their mark. Akshaya means that it is imperishable. Mother Parvati explains the importance of this day to Dharmaraj and says that a woman desirous of any kind of happiness should completely give up salt during this fast. By observing this fast myself, I am pleased with Lord Shiva. Marriageable girls should also observe this fast to get the best groom. Those women who are not able to get children can also get the happiness of children by observing this fast. Rohini, the daughter of Prajapati Daksha, remained the beloved queen of her husband Chandra because of this fast. Goddess Indrani, the wife of Indra, the king of heaven, became the mother of a son named Jayant from this fast. By observing this fast, Goddess Arundhati attained the highest position in the sky along with her husband Maharishi Vashishtha.
Importance of bathing donation and worship: -
On Akshaya Tritiya, there is a ritual of getting up before sunrise and taking a bath in the sea, Ganga, or any other holy river or worshiping Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi with a calm mind at home. On this day Laxminarayan is worshiped along with Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati for happiness, good luck, and success. It has been said in the scriptures that in this month, pious deeds like planting a water tank, guarding a shade-giving tree, feeding animals and birds, and giving water to the onlookers lead a man's life towards wealth. According to Skanda Purana, water donation is very important in this month, that is, the fruit that is obtained by doing many pilgrimages is obtained only by donating water in the month of Vaishakh. Apart from this, by donating an umbrella to the shade seekers and by donating a fan to the fan seekers, the blessings of the three gods Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are received. The one who donates Paduka in Vishnupriya Vaishakh goes to Vishnulok by disdaining the Yamadoots.

On the day of Akshaya Tritiya, the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi are received by installing Ekakshi coconut in the worship place of the house. Worshiping Goddess Lakshmi with saffron and turmeric gives benefits in financial crisis.
Water urns, fans, stands, umbrellas, statuses, fruits (cucumber, melon, etc.), sugar, ghee, and other things should be offered to Brahmins on this day for the happiness of the divine souls. By doing this, the blessings of the ancestors are received.
Cow, land, sesame, gold, ghee, cloth, grains, jaggery, silver, salt, honey, and girl these twelve donations have special importance on this day.
